Somerset Capital Partners is specialized in the development of large scale logistics real estate projects combining quality with functionality. The logistics development at Bleiswijk Business Park is located within the economic heart of the Netherlands with excellent connectivity to public transport and centrally located between the Port of Rotterdam and Schiphol Airport. As an organisation, we have all the in-house knowledge and facilities to bring projects to a successful conclusion, from advice and design to production and delivery. We have our own architects, concrete and steel constructors, BIM modellers, work planners, project managers and contractors who are all specialists in their field. In addition, we have an extensive after-sales department, so that we can follow up our customers even after delivery and, where necessary, take certain matters off their hands.”

On this transaction, the advisers to Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate were Houthoff (legal), BBN (technical) and L’Etoile Properties (commercial). The advisers to Somerset Capital Partners were SOLID. Attorneys and Loyens & Loeff.
