Somerset Capital Partners sells development Bleiswijk (The Netherlands) to Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate

Somerset Capital Partners announces that Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate acquired a 61,800 sqm E-Fulfilment Center situated in Bleiswijk, on 28 December 2020. The project is developed by Somerset Capital Partners in partnership with Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The site is fully let to a long-term lease tenant.
