Development high-quality warehouse for Mainfreight in Zaltbommel
Somerset Capital Partners has recently reached an agreement to develop an FMCG warehouse for Mainfreight Europe at business park De Wildeman in Zaltbommel. The 50,000 m² warehouse will be built on a plot of approximately 9 hectares and will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2018.

Business park De Wildeman is centrally located in the Netherlands, adjecent to the A2 and at the intersection of the main axes North-South (A2) and main axes West-East (A15). The business park is also easily accessible by public transport and is part of the Logistic Hotspot Rivierenland.
